I'm so fucking mad at Homestuck Twitter. So I'm going to rant about Jane Crocker with minimal structure because I do not care anymore.

You know, it's so crazy how this teenage "girl" who was groomed by the Batterwitch and never had any chances to dismantle those beliefs that were built up by that and had zero support systems other than a friend who never really actually talked with her on the same level, a friend who constantly enables her, and a friend who fucking killed himself, and a June and Jade who never talk to her, went down that path. This was totally unpredictable! I'm going to give more grace to male characters who have done the exact same shit. Why did this "girl" end up crashing out when one of her dearest friends and crushes talked to her for the 10th time about his ugly boyfriend on her birthday instead of maybe even talking to her or even fucking remembering that, then when she proceeded to vent about it, Roxy began to just say shit that did not help, then, when she was very obviously in distress, said shit that she shouldn't have, like, full on terrible shit, and apologised and removed herself from the situation to stop herself from hurting anyone else. Then, already very sad, she got a notification. Yay! Someone to talk to which can hopefully cool me down! Just kidding. It's literally The Misogynist who fat-shames her and makes her feel infinitely worse on a day she should be living the life. And her dad is missing. And she has to stay in that house knowing that. I'm gonna go glaze Dave Strider now.
